OUR POLICY:

- For a refund or exchange of merchandise purchased online, the items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and must include original packaging.
- All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund.
- All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Note: Odd People merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy.

How do I return my order?

  • To return your order, email us at info@teegrams.com 
    • In the email, please include:
    • The order number (if you do not have the order number, please include the name or email address on the original order)
    • The style(s) you are returning
    • The reason you returning the item(s)

Reason for return: too small


  • After reviewing your request, we will send you a prepaid return label. We will also send you a packing list that you will need to print out and put in the package with the return so that we know what is being returned to us when we receive the package.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

  • No, you do not have to pay for return shipping. We will send you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is print it out and tape it to the package.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • You will be refunded for the style(s) you returned after we receive the package at our warehouse. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days to process the refund after the tracking information says it was delivered to our warehouse.

What kind of packaging should I use for my return?

  • If you still have the original package that your order was sent in, you can turn it inside out and reuse the package. If you do not have the original package, or your original package is damaged, please use a similar soft envelope/package. Please do not use large boxes or oversized packages.

How do I exchange my order?

  • To exchange your order email us at  info@teegrams.com
  • In the email please include:
  • The order number (if you do not have the order number, please include the name or email address on the original order)
  • The style(s) you are returning
  • The reason you returning the item(s)
  • The style and size you want to exchange for

What if I want to exchange my order for something else? 

  • If you want to exchange for a different style than what you originally ordered, simply tell us the 6-digit style number and size that you want.
  • What if it costs more than what I originally ordered?
    • If the style you want is more expensive than what you ordered (for example if you ordered a t-shirt and you want to exchange for a sweatshirt) tell us the 6-digit style number of the style you want, we will send you an invoice to pay for the difference.
    • After you pay the invoice, and we have received the returned style, we will refund your original order, ship out the exchange style, and send you the tracking information.

How long does it take to receive my exchanged style?

  • After we receive the style(s) you are returning we will ship out your exchange within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship from Los Angeles, CA so shipping should not take more than 7-10 days.
